People are not motivated. - They say frugality is one of their values. But they spend on useless things. They dont know where to spend and where not. Due to this, there is no technology adoption internally. - They dont know how to recruit. Unable to hire right talents who will fit and build the company culture better. - They claim themselves something as an industry standard/practice or something is outdated which is actually not[They work in reverse]. - HR forces you to give good reviews in Glassdoor.
