- You'll learn stress management by being constantly threatened to be fired or put on PIP. - Some roles are fully remote, not that you'll get to enjoy that since the work culture is basically slavery with extra steps. - You'll learn leadership, because the company leadership is worthless and somebody has to keep the lights on (psst...it's not them keeping the lights on). - Salary will come on time. It's the only process they know how to do right. - They might offer you higher than standard market package to lure you in. But if you're joining at anything less than a 100% hike from your previous organization, you got suckered. Also, can't enjoy the high salary package if it only lasts a few months (I'm not kidding). - Several talented people in the organisation in IC roles. Unfortunately, they're all as helpless as you'll be if you made the blunder of joining.

- Management, worthless. Leadership, useless. Decision making, thoughtless. Culture, civilization-less. Funding, very less. - Management literally ran off to register the company HQ in Dubai to save money on taxes. - Office politics is next level. Favouritism, bias, unprofessional behaviour, you name it. If the review system was on these points, company would get 5 star. - People are constantly and regularly put on PIP and fired. Nothing wrong with the people, though. - Product is a sitting duck in today's market. Only a matter of time before the company dies or is sold to new management. - Several people in leadership who have no sense to behave properly.
