Working as a virtual admin assistant at Disruptors has been a really positive experience for me over the past 4 years. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely cares about our input, regularly sharing company goals and encouraging us to voice our thoughts. Even though we work from different places, collaboration is fantastic. My teammates are always ready to help, and we use various tools to stay connected and support each other.
