-Underpaid salary unless you are upper management -Extreme levels of micromanagement -Hiring under qualified individuals after laying off the qualified ones -High turnover rate -Morale of workers is at an all time low to the point no one cares -Hard to approach HR as they are good friends with the CEO and has inconsistent hours (once a month if you're lucky) -Growth is minimal to non-existent -No support from management anymore -Lengthy probation period -Poor benefits -No working from home, until recently -Some departments have been replaced completely with fresh blood who do not know what they are doing and expected to be the leads -Most meetings provide no new insight -The feeling that the work you do doesn't matter, in the end you can be replaced.
