You’ll never get it. - support you’ll ask… it’s not in the budget. - the turn over so high because you have no support and no structure - training? What training…. Dangerous. - what’s the budget? Here is a nonsense spreadsheet. - how many hours can should each department hire for? How should they know? They are just the “experts”

Great team members, and leaders. A lot of our NJ teams have been in position for a long time. Just like any job, you will be expected to work hard. If working hard is not for you, then this is not the place. I love working for Distinctive.

Culture in some of the communities is difficult. Some can't get past the past and are still stuck in their old ways. Makes it difficult for the rest of us who are interested in moving the company forward!

Enjoyed working with my coworkers and residents

Unsupportive management. Favoritism given to certain workers. Very unprofessional environment. You will never be able to enjoy a day or weekend off without being made to feel guilty about it or receiving multiple calls and texts even after saying no.
