The culture among staff and clients is easily the best in the Disability Services industry. Management are very supportive with opportunities and support for further development available to all. Clients are very engaging and it is amazing watching them develop from the programs that the organisation offers.

Positions are mostly casual, however this is more due to the casualisation of the disability industry and the introduction of the NDIS, and therefore is not something that can be changed internally.
