      - Some legit talent in the team. Limited to the day-to-day workers however. - Lunches - Nice office

      - Leadership (and advisors) pander to CEO. - Entirely misleading proposition. - An offshore digital development agency pretending to be a “hot tech-start” - all development is carried out by a small team of computer science grads in China. - High turnover. Once the CEO feels the “Distributed narrative” is challenged by a team member, don’t expect to see them again. - Not a real tech company

Culturally, our people-first focus is important to us, and we are rolling out company-wide sessions for giving and receiving feedback in a safe space, to ensure we keep improving all our processes.

      Great team ethos and fast-paced, but very supportive environment. Challenging, but in a very enjoyable way. Plenty of encouragement for an individual to succeed and for the right person, with the right attitude, great opportunities for progression.
