Joining the team during the current Covid-19, they stood by their word and kept me on board, even when though the industry was going through a slow period and at times shut down. I truly appreciate that. Well organized, a lot of information available to grow your sales and customer base.

Unfortunately, unable to meet new colleagues at this time, as Covid-19 has limited my access to the office, besides that, I have no Cons at the moment.

- typically 45 hours no weekends - pay is decent - 3% 401k match is good

- Business would rather be constantly understaffed than hire people for basic roles - Sales goals are unrealistic and out of touch with reality. Managers will downplay slow seasons and your bonus could be $20,000 or $0 with little ability to make an impact. - Leadership is pretentious and unhelpful. If you’re not an old white man you will be treated like a child. TopBuild would rather give failed CEOs from other companies big bonuses than give branches the necessary resources to improve themselves. - There is no positive work culture here. HR doesn’t address hostile work environment complaints and would rather let tenured employees quit
