Chilled out environment for someone who is fresh out of uni or has no ambition or aspirations. Snacks, pop and even beer available if required.

Limited wfh as you’re meant to absorb the business “culture” which is mostly HR sending notifications re who is on cleaning duty or can people stop what they’re doing to move boxes. Unexperienced and under qualified managers doing the best they know how.

Great for learning at a quick pace, encouraged to contribute opinions, ideas and to make a difference. Focuses on team environment, regular office treats and daily snacks available - staff social funds are a good perk.

High pressured, it can take a while for teams to have the right level of resources.
