So, the PTO that you were promised when you were hired, you now have to earn. Overall, becoming a Walter Investment Company has been a nightmare. Green Tree needs revival. On a side note, the turnover rate is insane. Mass firings and mass hirings. Also noteworthy, there is an extensive amount of racial tension.
