Good but don't recommend - Recensione dipendente - Sales Associate/Cashier presso Ditto

Great atmosphere, like-minded co-workers, good employee discount, not a difficult job.

Could have been better organized, sometimes got late paychecks.

Co-Workers were amazing! Employee discount was good.

Owner unprofessional. Where to begin,,,,don’t think about calling into work even if it’s because your actually sick, having surgery, death in the family. The owner will punish you by writing you up but you never see the write up, or remove you from the schedule and only give you one day a week. Owner took the bathroom away from employees because “we were using to much toilet paper and told us to use the Starbucks next door”. Gave no notice but sent text and said she would start taking money out of our paycheck if we made a bad buy, but isn’t that subjective on taste in clothes?! She talks bad about employees to other employees and isn’t smart enough to do it verbally but through text so everyone else can see it (leaving proof). Illegally putting people as contract employees without proper documents! Hello you’re not saving us on taxes because we still have to pay it! You’re saving yourself on taxes! Took the trashcans away because she thinks we should recycle the bags?! Gross! Don’t work here, people in sweatshops probably have better working conditions!
