1. Absolutely no proper training modules or documentation. You’re thrown straight into work with zero structured guidance, which is chaotic and overwhelming. 2. Extremely long working hours, 54 hours per week, with no signs of change. Forget work-life balance. 3. Leave policies are restrictive and unreasonable. For months at a time, employees are told they can only take medical leaves. Basic earned leaves feel like a privilege. 4. Rampant micromanagement across every level, from seniors to founders. There’s no trust in employees, only constant monitoring and interference. 5. Founders appear kind and visionary on social media but are completely disconnected from employee realities. They enforce unrealistic expectations and make constant changes with no understanding of the pressure it causes. 6. Managers rarely take ownership. They only step in when things go wrong and then blame their teams instead of leading from the front. 7. Toxic top-down culture, founders act like untouchable authorities, prioritizing profits over employee well-being. 8.
