a lot of politics toxic work culture micromanaging they constantly monitor you, you cannot talk to anyone from the team, because even if you have a doubt and you want to ask a teammate, that teammate will report to the supervisor, so there is a lot of gossip. its like mental torture. there is no proper mentoring only expectations
