EXTREMELY disorganized. If you like structure, this place isn't for you. If you are a technician, then you are treated like garbage and you are usually ignored. Their product has MASSIVE quality control issues. They are rushing to build these probes to meet these 'quotas' but most of them just come back for warranty repair because they simply don't work well. As far as work environment, it's depressing. Pretty high turnover rate, which is something I asked about in the interview and they straight up lied about that. Everyone is sitting in their scopes barely talking, and people seem very annoyed when you ask for help. Their documentation is also horrible. Way out of date, and they barely train you on how to do anything so you just have to figure it out yourself. They also don't follow any industry standards for soldering. My first two weeks consisted of me sitting at my desk waiting for someone to give me something to do. Use this place to get some experience and get out.
