Work peers are good about helping one another and having each other backs.

Micro manage and very petty. They run all the good ones off. Ridiculous made up policy that’s always in their favor. HR doesn’t back you when wrong doing is written all over the wall. High turnover. They make something so easy so difficult. Very one sided, management won’t let you grow inside the company.
