There are lot many cons but i would like to highlight few things No work life balance RSMs treat Sales Managers as a slave . No respects , No appreciation for works, No growth opportunity & limited to people who works in main office. They expect you to travel almost 30 days a month & they dont care about your personal life Travel allowance very poor& below industry average . HR people are totally hopeless & have got no respect for emloyees
