No work-life balance Lack of knowledgeable resources due to dictating senior leadership. Very short-term outlook without relationship basis work culture. No nurturing towards employees. Lack of systems and processes. Manual old fashioned work culture in the part of India and south east Asian countries. no MNC culture in India. At times its worst than the Indian companies. Due to toxic culture company has shortfall of good talent. Whoever are capable leave organization in a span of 1-2 yrs. Supporting functions like supply chain and finance sucks!
