They have flex hours and a free coffee machine.Its easy to get hired it's just all on you if you actually wanna stay their.......

Their turnover rate is super high the job sucks. The only people making real commission would be the ppl that have been their for 3 or 5 years anyone new isn't making anything except the 12 dollars an hour and they only max you out at 14 dollars an hour when the Minneapolis minimum wage is 15 an hour and your only eligible for a 20 cent raise every three months you hit goal which is hard for you when your new. It's a very stressful job.
