Asks you to follow the processes without asking any questions 5. Work environment has become way too toxic. Less accountability and more pointing fingers at others when something goes wrong is in the culture. 6. Too much favoritism towards selective people 7. No career path, hence no growth. 8. Only selective favorite people are promoted 9. Too much uncertainty towards company's future growth leading to less confidence in personal spending, and more stress during and before/after work. 11. DEI within the company is a joke, ironically 12. Good people are looked down upon and don't get the opportunity to grow which management doesn't care about because all of them are riding the same boat. 13. Low compensation
