      Poor work-life balance, They are very much concerned about the time you are coming, but there is no discipline in leaving time, they can keep you till next morning 4 am and expect you to be there at 9:30 am again. Food is pathetic, There is no cold water to drink, No AC, Coffee machine is most of the time broken. Promotes Communalism. Otherwise its a good company.
