It was more about numbers. Asked to do work off the clock. No pay raises when I was there Mechanics held responsible for situations outside of our control Mechanics treated poorly by managers Corporate fires up - rewards crappy managers with new roles and better pay Not a healthy place to work if you're working on self-care
