The culture the people are great to work with

Consulting can be very busy

Decent balance, great colleagues, and nice office.

Flexibility kept getting taken away slowly, lots of blanket punishments instead of punishing those who deserved it, causing low morale. Lower pay, choose your own benefits but they weren’t great, and were expensive.
