Lousy pay. Cold, bloodless atmosphere. They demand more results while justifying it because it's a "start-up." No benefits. No medical. Micro-managed by founders and CEO. Lots of pressure. Always felt like the CEO and founders weren't telling us the whole story. Something hidden. Always felt watched.
