- Unrealistic expectations set by upper management (such as unrealistic turnaround time) - Other teams outside of HR do not understand what we do - No formal processes in how things are supposed to be done (most things are DIY or figure it out as you go) - Problems are not flagged until it is too late - Long work day - you will be working from when you log on and may even be working after business hours - Lack of employee engagement and incentive to do more
