The work pressure is extremely high, there is poor coordination between teams, and freshers do not receive proper guidance. Salaries are delayed, and there is very limited growth opportunities. I would not recommend working here.

Nothing is good about this company. Work on weekends, extend working hours, since 4 years salary and money has become a serious issue - always a delay in salary, no upraisals, no promotions, etc.

Payment pending since 3 years: Delays in salary, referral bonuses, arrears, and reimbursements; The CEO and COOs are least bothered about their employees, they dont even respond to calls and messages since they dont want to return the money to their employees and vendors. No appraisals and promotions No Work-Life Balance; Unpredictable working Hours: Live events, webinars, or urgent client requirements causes extended working hours and working on weekdays as well. Resource Constraints; Delay in FULL and FINAL amount by months.
