Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have such an incredible team here, and while we love to have fun together, we also love that folks feel comfortable enough to be open with each other about areas of opportunity!
We want our team to get healthy and stay healthy, so we have awesome health benefits at DocNetwork that we are really proud of. We regularly survey our team, work with a broker to shop plans, and make selections that we believe support the majority of our team’s needs. But unfortunately, insurance premiums are completely out of our control as a small business. Yup, rates went up, similar to what other companies of our shape and size saw as well. We are always committed to doing what’s right by our team members, but certainly don’t want to sacrifice the amazing health care coverage that we currently offer!
