I am the most fulfilled in this role, at this company than I have ever been in my entire career. I love everything about Docent Health - the leadership is inspiring, my co-workers are all awesome, the mission is SO important, the work is interesting... At this point, we all have an opportunity to have a real impact on building the company, on the health systems with whom we work, and on individual patients' lives! I care way too much about the work and there is always more to do - so maybe it's self-imposed - but the hours can be long, and we are solving difficult problems, so sometimes my brain hurts. There is no easy day. You have to be willing to put in the work, take ownership, and be proactive. High level of performance is expected, and no one is going to (or has the time to) hold your hand. Resilience and comfort with ambiguity is REQUIRED.
