Joined this company right after my graduation. They have a well thought out and innovative training program. At the end of each training session you will be assigned some real time industry problems to work on which makes us industry ready once the training is over. The management of the company are very friendly and approachable. They themselves being technical people always encourage us to learn and keep up to date with the latest technologies. They have a very good pay structure. They take up interesting projects and some of them involve working on multiple technologies thereby giving a great chance to get exposed to various technologies. The company is small in size in terms of employee strength but is strongly entrenched in emerging technologies. The social networking within the company is very strong, every one knows every other person,sharing and collaboration is high, employee visibility is very high, our contributions are directly perceived by superiors thereby giving more job satisfaction and sense of belonging. One of the things I like about this company is they encourage you to take up more responsibility beyond the job description which will always help in career growth. I strongly recommend working for this company.
