Fun place to work with lots of benefits- paid lunches, paid work trips, lots of commission in the busy seasons. Great atmosphere, they go all out for staff socials & holiday parties and I've made great friends. The owner- Brendon, has really listened to feedback and changed the overall atmosphere of the job and the office. It's a completely different place to work then last year and it's become a place I really enjoy working & feel I can grow at I've had several raises/ promotions in the past year- I feel I can grow here

Definite high and low seasons in peak winter & summer- like with HVAC anywhere. The group of employees is very diverse- lots of new ideas but it does lead to differences of opinions and people doing things differently then I personally would.
