Doctor.com is by far the best company I have ever worked for. Their focus on work-life balance has not only improved my overall quality of life but has also made my time spent at work more enjoyable. The in office culture which includes adorable dogs, healthy snacks, and fun activities definitely help with that too! My manager is amazing. I feel as though I have grown and learned so much in the year and a half that I have been here, and part of that is through his mentorship and championing of my career goals. All of upper management is actually incredibly accessible, through both schedulable "power sessions" and also just around the office, which is a huge perk for me. It is really nice to feel like everyone is working super hard toward the same goals and that we are all on the same team helping each other win (which is one of the company values I see demonstrated every single day). Overall, Doctor.com is an incredible place to work!

The pace at Doctor.com is incredibly fast, and everyone is expected to work very hard. This is not the kind of place you can put in the minimum effort and expect to succeed.
