Communication gaps sometimes occurred between teams due to rapid growth. Limited onboarding/training modules in the beginning, which made the learning curve a bit steep.

The only decent thing about the place is that it’s air-conditioned. That’s literally it. Everything else is just frustration and wasted time.

Honestly, this company is a complete scam. They promise a lot at the start, but when it comes to paying, they either delay it endlessly or just don’t pay at all. And the worst part? They somehow flip the blame on you later like you’re the problem. They also love exaggerating how “big” or “established” they are, but it’s all talk. If you actually ask around or do a bit of digging, you’ll quickly realize the reality is very different. Most of the positive reviews you see feel fake or forced nothing matches the actual experience.
