1. Extremely toxic management 2. Heavy reliance on toxic management 3. They all play blame game but don't realise the flaw is on how the system is managed. 4. No flexibility 5. Fake urgency all the time 6. The leadership wants to know about your work to the very second they'll call you and keep on bothering you because CEOs plan till very second They don't even consider you as a human who might need breaks in workday or a leave 7. Leave is "earned" leave which is 1.25 per month 8. Leaves aren't carried forward 9. There is no end to work and deadlines are everyday 10. They fire anybody and sometimes don't even give the salary they owe
