Casual friendly work environment with a sense of autonomy and creativity. Big name clients and opportunity to be involved across many levels of the organization.

Not very professional nor does the company have the business acumen to run a successful organized practice. Fly by the seat of the pants with a number of significant compliance issues looming. Huge liability to staff and clients.
