      Casual friendly work environment with a sense of autonomy and creativity. Big name clients and opportunity to be involved across many levels of the organization.

      Not very professional nor does the company have the business acumen to run a successful organized practice. Fly by the seat of the pants with a number of significant compliance issues looming. Huge liability to staff and clients.

      Work hard, play hard environment. A lot of flexibility which makes it easier to maintain work-life balance and meet family responsibilities. A smart, fun-loving group of people to work with.

      Great and very interesting people to work with. Good use of collaboration software and technology.

      No HR department. Felt like I wasn't heard or taken seriously. And definitely not respected. Lots of drama from a co-worker with no protection or course of action. No tuition reimbursement and lousy benefits.
