No training. Put in a role completely opposite of what I could do. Sadistic management repeatedly slammed me in front of peers AND clients. No clue about best practices for project delivery. All leadership has been they forever and way over promoted. Pay and benefits are not worth the emotional abuse. Worked far too many nights to accommodate their Russian development team and weekends to install software.
