The organisation/teams are not always aligned, everyone seems to be running around doing everything they can and it's quite chaotic. You definitely have to be an independent worker and just go at it! No time to think, just do!

Expensive vs Competitors, Sales in certain verticals has becoming increasingly difficult since changes. Often sales reps are in competition with DocuSign's website/marketing initiatives which undercut sales opportunities and provide 0 credit to sales rep. Even though DocuSign does more than e-signature, it is widely seen as just a e-sign provider. Docusign is working to fix that.
