Honestly everything about this company and role is phenomenal. Hence the the title, it is a sales role but don't let that scare anybody looking to jump into a role at a tech company that is absolutely on top. on top of the market and on top of tech "start ups". Sales Development is a great introductory role to selling and to DocuSign. Start as an SDR and you can go anywhere in the company, and yes, it is a sales role, but selling for this company is unlike any sales role out there as the product and technology basically sells itself.
Aside from the work being fun, the company culture is that of a mature startup. Its full of energy, games, beers, and employees who are very smart and into the tech industry. I would HIGHLY recommend this role and this company to anyone who is reading this review.

I have been with the company for about 9 months and honestly ask anybody who works at DocuSign and they will tell you there are no cons to consider when looking at this SDR role or the company as a whole.
