      Management could understand business landscape better in the region. Poor understanding of issues in the market and how competitors are developing themselves for a similar solution. Resorting to practices to make it harder for reps to achieve targets and payouts while not being able to address concerns on the ground.

      Recognizable Brand, Accelerators to increase commission. Good co-workers. Product is widely viewed as the industry standard.

      Expensive vs Competitors, Sales in certain verticals has becoming increasingly difficult since changes. Often sales reps are in competition with DocuSign's website/marketing initiatives which undercut sales opportunities and provide 0 credit to sales rep. Even though DocuSign does more than e-signature, it is widely seen as just a e-sign provider. Docusign is working to fix that.
