Power hungry and borderline aggressive management, very much a "them and us" culture when it came to regular staff and management. Old fashioned dated head office. Straght from the 1980's Job not as advertised HR procedures and policies very petty and accusatory . Soured the relationship from day one Outdated equipment but still expected to perform to unrealistic deadlines different engineers used different standards thus no consistency in design/drawings. Not much scope for progression
