Safety protocols, understaffing in playrooms, lack of kennels/overbooking

Working with the dogs, good co workers, the ones who actually stay longer than a few weeks.

Atrocious amount of work for the amount you get paid, the biggest turnover ive ever seen, also severe lack of safety, if a dog is aggressive and clearly not happy there, the owner has directed us to just work around the dog, basically letting the dog injure the workers because the pet parent is a paying customer, the pet parents money is more important than the happiness and safety of the dog and the staff, also with the turnover being so high, you will go to work and multiple people will not show up so youre doing the work of 2 or 3 people at once, also the owner admitted to casually eavesdropping on our conversations while driving in her car and then texting us about the conversation we are having completely out of the blue, and she would call the manager at all hours of the night and at 3am about work concerns, every time she showed up it was chaos on top of chaos.
