The people at a support level are brilliant, everyone tries to be helpful to each other and are friendly, with an amazing office locations

Unfortunately, in my 4 years at the company dojo has gone massively downhill, I’ve gone from being part of a close knit team who always had each others backs, to facing multiple rounds of redundancies, to being left with a manager that couldn’t care less what happens to us to the point that they didn’t even send a good luck card or similar when I left the company after 4 years of work there. Current management is a shadow of what they used to be like and the people that get promoted are the friends of the higher ups, with everything being very cliquey Pay is stagnant with no raise for 3 years, then a 3.4% raise that was meant to cover the last 3 years of inflation, and progression opportunities were minimal to non existent, while making us train people paid considerably higher than us for our role after making 3/5 of the team redundant
