If you can sell this job is for you. The potential for amazing commission is limitless. You can develop and manage your own accounts, with plenty of decision making freedom. This job is great for breaking into or further developing your connections in the concrete construction industry.

The company is very sales drive. If you miss your target for one quarter after exceeding and being ahead of the game for several others, there is still a very good possibility you will be fired. The upper management lies and tells you what you want to hear all the while never planning to do what they say. They refer to their type of employment as "at will." Essentially this means that at some point in the future you will be fired for something. They will not give you a severance or any warning. They will fire you for whatever they feel like. If you are a young associate and they say that they will train you, DO NOT BELIEVE IT. They will send you to a territory, not pay for your move, and not train you as they said they would. Soon after starting you will be required to achieve lofty sales goals with little or no experience. This company is big and well financed and they will seduce you. My advice is to find something that pays a little less but actually cares about its employees.
