If you are a good salesperson, the pay is decent, just understand you get paid to sell insurance... not rent cars. The people are generally alright, with a few exceptions... but you will find that anywhere.

Always understaffed. Crazy busy. Certain managers are barely capable of a coherent thought. The corporate policies are made by people who obviously have no clue what actually happens on a day to day basis. You're forced to sell products that don't always make sense for the customer. Most of all, there is no thought given to the employees. They are looked at as a commodity instead of as people.
