Flexible schedule and a great team

If you have a criminal background you can't move up with the company.

Pay and benefits are excellent. Fast paced environment with opportunity to learn and move up within the company.

Mid-level management doesn't understand C-suite direction or is not aligned with that direction. Communication is terrible - lots of conflicting direction and ambiguity. Integrity is supposed to be a core value but VPs & Director lied or withheld the truth numerous times.
