I liked the fast-paced environment and the variety of challenges that came with running daily operations. The experience helped me grow as a manager, strengthen my problem-solving skills, and build great relationships with both my team and customers.

The biggest challenges were limited staffing, heavy workloads, and a lack of support from the district level when issues arose. PTO requests were often denied due to business needs, which made it difficult to achieve a good work-life balance. While these challenges could be frustrating at times.
