I know that the Norwegians are doing all that they can to keep as many Norwegians employed and hence they are concentrating on the international offices to cut staff.
Neither CEO nor VPs understand processing and care about their international employees. They hire useless people into processing and keep that headcount up. Singapore cannot process data without the UK flying people out heir all the time and the costs of that are just enormous.
The whole company will be bankrupt soon and so everyone will lose their jobs at the expense of poor management over the last few years and the actions of a few individuals! I feel so sorry for all those left as the mood inside the company is awful right now, from what I am hearing from few people who are still employed.
The USA CEO has conflict of interest between Dolphin and his another company in Brazil. Funny: nobody cares.
