Some of the employees are quite friendly and the place is somewhat easily accessible by public transit but otherwise I can't think of a single one.

Management is often downright rude, patronising and insulting to employees. Little to no training is provided, training someone to do their job is seen as doing them a favor. Constantly feeling observed and the environment is often unsafe, safety tools such as gloves, safety goggles and protective masks are hard to obtain and when you do get them they come from the dollar store. The objectives are unreasonably high and poor managerial methods lead to a toxic work environment. When you're promoted you're promised a raise but it never comes so it's minimum wage for a long long time. The place is unionized but you're probably never going to be and they won't do a thing for you. In short unless you're really down on your luck avoid that place.
