Struggling company, no employee loyalty, expect another layoff soon - Recensione dipendente - Sr. Director, Sales Enablement presso Domino Data Lab

The technology they are building is critical to the long-term success of AI systems development. It *really* is needed. I really do wish this company success as they have some fantastic, albeit clunky, technology. They are focusing on making the software less clunky, which is great, and while I'm critical of the quality of the software, I also acknowledge that how the software is deployed and used in companies (old school Enterprise software on-site/on-premise install on customer hardware/software stack). Here's what's great about Domino: EVERY SINGLE AI VENDOR NEEDS THEIR TECHNOLOGY. Last time I checked #ai and #genai and #llms (plus #ml machine learning) are the "hottest" thing in Silicon Valley. So why hasn't Domino Data Lab been able to capitalize on this? That's the question of the day. Not sure who the board of advisors is comprised of these days, but honestly, they are failing the company. (IMHO)
