Toxic culture and poor pay with no direction - Recensione dipendente - Inside Sales presso Domtar

The culture is terrible. There is absolutely no collaboration, no direction, the company is way too big and most people have no idea what they are doing. It appears to have gone down the drain once merged with Resolute. They are in a terrible spot financially. The industry is a dying industry. Lots of closing mills, lay offs and never a lot of positive feedback. Always very limited budget. Pay is horrid but the people that work there are even worst. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to work at Domtar.
