      Very conservative mindset . Fear that the Montreal Head Office will close sooner or later.

      Thanks for your review. We are glad to hear that you are happy with the many benefits of working at Domtar. We also appreciate your advice to management. Based on the requirements of the job, and subject to manager approval, Domtar may allow employees to work from home, as appropriate.

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
